Beth Pearcy Elected BSA COTE Co-Chair

Congratulations to Amenta Emma’s Beth Pearcy, AIA, CPHC, LEED AP BD+C and Lara Pfadt, AIA, CPHC, LEED AP BD+C of Finegold Alexander on being elected Co-Chairs of the Boston Society of Architects Committee on the Environment (COTE).

Beth is a licensed architect, a member of the Sustainability Team at Amenta Emma. She also serves on the Sustainability Committee for the Boston chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women. She has experience in sustainable design on a variety of project types and sizes and brings energy and enthusiasm to the practice of sustainability.

Beth and Lara have partnered on sustainability initiatives in the past and understand the important framework of a dynamic partnership. The pair hopes to build on the work of previous Chairs and further position COTE as an inclusive forum that welcomes diverse voices. Their vision for the year centers on three themes: Inclusivity and Outreach, Legislation and Code, and Wellbeing through Sustainability.
