Congratulations to Project Architect James Regnier on completing the Connecticut Professionals’ Leadership Academy. The six-month program brings emerging leaders together from AIA Connecticut, the Connecticut Bar Association, CFA Society Hartford, the Connecticut Society of CPAs, Connecticut Young Insurance Professionals, and the Hartford County Bar Association to strengthen leadership skills and build relationships across professions.
For James, the Academy adds to a strong year that also includes the 2026 AIA Connecticut Emerging Professional Award and his Phius certification. The perspective he gained working alongside attorneys, accountants, financial analysts, and insurance professionals is the kind that makes an architect a better partner to clients and a stronger leader within the studio.
