The Tombrock Corporation demolished an aging retail building on a busy intersection with the hopes of creating a larger center, with better income potential. Other than the square footage requirement and a reasonable budget, the developer entrusted Amenta Emma with free design license to create magnetic architecture. We provided design, entitlement, construction documents, and construction administration services for the 5,500 sf, building. We used contemporary materials, clean lines and large areas of clear glazing to give potential tenants great visibility. The building was fully leased prior to the completion of construction.
