Amenta Emma is thrilled to announce that our 540 New Park project has received a Merit award from AIA Connecticut in the 2023 Design Awards program. Our 52-unit mixed-use, multi-family, multi-generational building, designed for LEED Silver equivalency, is a testament to our commitment to innovative and sustainable design. We partnered with Trout Brook Realty Advisors, a non-profit developer for the West Hartford Housing Authority, to bring this project to life. The project has transformed a former industrial area into a vibrant community space.
