Senior living community Duncaster of Bloomfield has engaged Amenta Emma to design a repositioning of its commons building to include a 13,000 sf addition and 40,000 sf renovation. The aim of the improvements is to create a more attractive and welcoming experience for residents and visitors with amenity choices that are more relevant and appealing to current and future generations of seniors.

Features will include a vibrant and fresh dining venue directly off a newly repositioned main entry, a state of the art wellness center, a contemporary art gallery, renovated meeting room, and a more open and inviting experience with better views to the outdoors.
