Real Leaders has included Amenta Emma Architects on its Top Impact Companies list for 2025, ranking the firm 48th overall and 7th within the Construction, Energy, and Facilities category. With this recognition, Real Leaders has highlighted the firm’s commitment to “best practices in sustainability and equity to ensure that each project makes the world a better place.”
Now in its seventh year, the Top Impact Companies list recognizes privately-owned businesses making significant contributions to society and the planet. Companies were assessed on growth, revenue, and six I.M.P.A.C.T. pillars: Intention, Model, People, Accountability, Collaboration, and Transformation. Amenta Emma earned its spot by delivering transformative, people-focused, and environmentally conscious architectural solutions.

The 2025 list features a diverse group of impact-driven organizations across industries, including Cotopaxi, PATH, Alter Eco Foods, and Climate First Bank.

Companies who made the list will be celebrated at a special “Real Leaders UNITE” awards celebration, held in San Diego on Feb. 3-4, 2025.
