We are excited to announce that Matthew Flament, AIA has joined Amenta Emma’s Community studio. He is currently working with the team on a multi-family affordable housing project in Norwalk, Connecticut.
Known for his expertise in affordable housing and community development, Matt brings exceptional leadership in managing large-scale, multi-phase residential projects that create meaningful impact in neighborhoods. His extensive portfolio focuses on affordable and mixed-use residential developments, with particular strength in LIHTC projects and community revitalization initiatives.
Matthew holds a Master of Architecture from Rhode Island School of Design and brings a unique interdisciplinary perspective with his undergraduate background in English and Studio Art from Wesleyan University.
