Experience + Qualifications:

• A professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• 5+ years of professional experience
• Very efficient with the following design skills and software: 3D Modeling (SketchUp and/or Rhino); Rendering – Lumion; Post-processing – Photoshop and Illustrator; Presentations – InDesign
• Strong verbal and graphic presentation skills
• Site design and zoning analysis capabilities preferred

• Establish the timing of key decisions and project milestones to meet established deadlines
• Manage scheduling, budgets, staffing, and project set-up with clients, sub-consultants, and contractors
• Implement best practices utilizing established processes, reference standards, tools, templates, and technology
• Train and mentor staff under your supervision
• Prepare project proposals and negotiate contracts and fees

Experience and Qualifications

• A professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution
• Architectural License preferred
• 10+ years of professional experience, preferably in the academic market
