When our client purchased this aging retail asset it was 60 % vacant. Relying on a full scale repositioning of the Center to help change these numbers, Edens hired Amenta Emma to assist in turning design ideas into reality. Amenta Emma provided facade design, construction documents and construction administration for the repositioning. The contemporary upscale facade treatments helped attract well known retailers and restaurants such as Nordstrom Rack, DSW, Burtons Grill, Five Guys Burgers and Fries, and The Chateau. The center is now fully leased.
