Founded in 1851, The Phoenix Companies, Inc. was recently acquired by Nassau Reinsurance Company. As a result of this transaction, management is reorganizing the workplace within their Corporate Headquarters, located in the iconic “Boat Building” on Constitution Plaza in Hartford, CT. In the leadoff project, Amenta Emma redesigned their executive level. The project features an open office work environment for all top executives and producers. Utilizing trading desks, and a series of small and large collaborative spaces, maximized flexibility was achieved in a Corporate setting.
