The renovation of Connecticut’s State Office Building in Hartford received the Best Project Award in the Government/Public Building category of Engineering News Record New England’s 2021 Best Projects award program. Awards will be presented at the ENR New England awards event in Boston on November 19. Many of the projects submitted had to overcome the construction challenges of 2020.
